The Republic of Panama, through the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP), was the winner of the CAREER4SEA Virtual awards, in the category of best „Initiative“ for the execution of the „My First Maritime Labor Experience“ program, a pilot project that started this year and that according to the judges, provides that valuable work experience which recent graduates need to chart their own path, while contributing to the finances of their families.

La República de Panamá, a través de la Autoridad Marítima de Panamá (AMP) resultó ganadora en los premios CAREER4SEA Virtual, en la categoría de mejor “Iniciativa” por la ejecución del programa “Mi Primera Experiencia Laboral Marítima”, proyecto piloto que inició este año y que según los jueces, proporciona esa valiosa experiencia de trabajo que los recién graduados necesitan para trazar su propio camino, además contribuye a la economía de sus familias.
